Well guys, i think a lot of you would have seen this video ,but i still felt it is important to post this video once more as a duty. I felt really bad after watching this video and to be honest i am shocked that  something like this can still exist. I am about to post a video that has already been doing rounds on youtube, facebook and twitter, and i personally feel that people with some kind of intellect must watch this video to increase awareness about this topic. Ppl see the video and share it with more people make more people aware about it

Windows 8 hands on review

wazzzupp guys i recently started blogging and i got some good advice to improve on my skills from various people regarding my firs blog which i wrote with a shitty keyboard so this time i am hoping to write better.   So here i am writing again trying to improve on my previous mistakes. 2 days ago my friend kaku called me and said me to visit him right now, he wanted to show me something . I went there and saw him sitting in front of his computer screen and smiling proudly. I asked what did he wanted to show me at this he pointed toward his computer screen and it was  windows 8 consumer preview edition. I had just seen the screen and didn't felt much impressed so i asked what's new about this windows i would really like to know how have they improve upon the windows 7 which i believe is a very very good windows. He  said there are dozen of things the first thing he showed me was that the windows start button on the task bar had disapeared. Instead you had to drag ur mouse there at which it showed a tabular small screen you click on it and you can see a big tabular screen on your monitor. My first reaction at seeing this was....."omg nokia lumia". It bears a big resemblance to nokia lumia which is a windows phone and i might add a very good one. Not only did it looked like it , it also worked like it in many ways. By that time another friend of mine Nikhil had arrived and we all had a little discussion about windows 8. I said to kaku that indeed windows 8 had some cool feature but why would i want to switch from windows 7 to windows 8. Nikhil to added saying windows 7 is way to comfortable why would anyone wanna switch from it. To this Kaku replied by saying that it is more user friendly and more comfortable , if we didnt believe him we should use it ourself and find it out. Yesterday i took a oendrive at his place and took windows 8 from him and installed it....and i have to admit i am very much IMPRESSED in every way possible.
            ...... Well enough epilogue now i will begin at why the windows 8 is so much AWSOME. Microsoft recently released a consumer preview version for free along with a key (you can check it on microsoft.com). I have to say i was very impressed by it. It looks good , is more user friendly . First i would like o discuss about the start screen. remember that small windows logo button on the bottom left of the screen is gone, and so is your tradition start menu that you had been using since so long . But trust me it is gone for good, what microsoft  has replaced it with is a lot more user friendly. you get a nokia lumia type tabuylar screen which has list of all the softwares and stuff. Microsoft had this time provided with preinstalled application and games which are just great. There is a messaging, e mail and chatting application which are very easy to operate on and very useful. I really enjoyed the e mail application, because when i registered my gmail account on it. it quickly gave me a list of all my e maily that i had recieved and i can view them simply by highlighting it. Not only this but if you are like me and have multiple e-mail accounts then you would be amused by the fact that you can operate all your e-mail accounts all at the same time by simply clicking and selecting them. The messaging application is again very good, to be hones it is very similar to digsby. you enter all your IM accounts and you can chat using all of them and ofcourse you get a facebook option also. There is another application called people where you can log in via your facebook id , google+ id or orkut and myspace(if you still use them by any chance).And you wil get all the updates of your friends from there, you can also check your notifications and upload status updates from there, and also send messages to your friends.
SO far i just told you the simpilar applications and features like
-being more user friendly
-more precise
-having amazing preinstalled applications
-chatting, great e-mail feature for multiple accounts
-great instant messenger similar to digsby.

......Now i am going to talk about the more impressive stuff and applications.
continuing with the applications there is application to manage your photos in various sections like facebook, tumbler skydrive etc. another usefull application    BUT  NOW i am going to mention the applications that really overwhelmed me there is an inbuilt music player which is just amazing and i dont mean inbuilt like crappy windows media player i mean a real deal music player with good options and nice sound effect. There is again a great video player which so far has seemed to successfully be able to run all file formats that i have tried. I also liked the background to music player and how it keeps changing. There is an  X BOX LIVE application probably for 360 users but still a great touch. Now something that i really loved there is an application called skydrive. Through skydrive microsoft give you a personal cloud in which you can store data as a back up or how ever you please. How much size you have in the cloud...well sorry i dont know it so far but i will update it as soon as possible. I dont Know about you guys but the idea of having my personal cloud in which u can upload and keep back up of your stuff is just AWSOME.. I am reading about it and they are saying you can unlock more storage but i dont know how yet...there is still a lot to explore on windows 8. And now an application that i loved even more than skydrive...........MICROSOFT APP STORE. yes microsoft has finally given an application store. It is similar to i tunes store and anaroid market you get various downloadable applications.I spent a hell lot of time on it downlading stuff from there, (mostly the free ones) and all were great. Having an appliaction store for your PC is something i wanted for a long time and now i got it...great stuff do try it out.Other than that there are few other applications like weather and finance...they do what they are supposed to  i.e. tell weather and finance. There is a camera app for people having web cam and there is an inbuilt pdf reader which i would say is better than acrobat reader . That is all for the start screen and ow i forgot to mention you can see your updates on the start screen like you can see them on any smart phone. I would also add that this windows is very internet oriented which is pretty obvious because nowdays internet is no longer a luxary, rather it is a necessity. as we are talking about internet i would also say the new internet explorer which comes along with windows 8 is impressive. I guess its first time i am gonna be using internet explorer for anything other than downloading mozzila firefox or chrome , it actually opens stuff faster than chrome which is impressive.
well now i told some things which really amazed me like
-photos application
-skydrive(a personal file backup cloud)
-microsoft application store(like anaroid market or i tunes store)
-great music and video player
-good internet explorer(never thought i would say that)
and btw there is also a very cool pinball game which comes along

.....Now i m gonna discuss some other features ...you guys remember the search function is wondows 7...wasn't it just  asome, you could search all the stuff so comfortably, well that function has came back in this windows but on a different location. Again you will have to drag your mouse bottom right corner of the screen and another short menu slides towards left from right end of your screen which consists of options such as SETTINGS, DEVICES, START, SHARE AND SEARCH. In settings you can do all the personalising stuff , contorl panel , pc info help, network options and also a shut down button along with language change and sound options. Devices options is as the name suggests for your computer devices, start option brings the start tab screen, share option is for sharing stuff and search option is well your beloved search option that lets you search anything on your pc with ease. Other than these options i would like to add that windows now has a very sleeker and sexier look. and by the way this windows is very very very very( i cant add enough very's to proove my point) stable. It doesnt crashes, it uses just as much ram as much was needed for windows 7. you know what actually i was very worried earlier as i you know windows have been following a certain pattern
windows 95-sucked, windows 98-awsome, windows M.E-sucked, windows XP-awsome, Windows vista-sucked, Windows-7-awsome.......so i was thinking by this stupid logic 8 would suck too but i guess microsoft has breaken this curse.. Tough i would say this new windows is a little complicated and i mean it might get you some time to get used to it. This is the only down side i so fat think it has. Tough its not necessary that you wont get used to it, it took me just 4 hours and i was using it as if i had it for ages......windows 8 might be little confusing at first but after you get used to it there is nothing more simpler and user friendly. Microsft took Smart Phone experience and desktop windows experience and combined it with cloud computing and has carved this beautiful  gem of windows.

well it is a relatively new windows and the bugs and tweaks in this windows are yet to be discovered and this is just a hands on review there is still so much to explore about windows 8. this was as far as i could go in its depth  about it ....i loved it and hope that so do u . again i am gonna sum this up as microsoft combining the experience of smartphone experience+desktop windows experience +cloud computing experience and combining into this awsome windows 8

A Bad Food Experience

Waa@@@aa@@zzZZzZUuuuUUUupPpPppppPP @ll   hmmm so where do i begin.....firstly i am new and i mean very new to blogging so lets see if i can do something of it, .......    I,ll start by a bad food experience that i recently had  ,   this feburary on 20th my friend Abhimanyu turned 20, ......hmmm come to think of it this august i will be 20 too....damn did my teen years just pass, nevermind back to the topic......  as he turned 20 on 20th, him , me , and kaku  decided to go have some pizza, normally we would go for dominoes we all just love dominoes, or maybe pizza hut but that day destination had something else in store for us, recently i came across a pizza resturant called FORNO, it was supposed to have oven baked italian pizza and as pizza addicts as we all are we definately wanted to try it out. I checked some reviews on the net and was pretty glad because everyone seem to have given it really good ratings  and said good things about its pizza, so i suggested we give it a try so we all went in and the first most noticable thing was it was very hot inside, and i mean very hot....it was winter season going on and we were taking out our hoodies and sweaters. We ordered cheese napoltana, and margrita, along with bread sticks and cold drinks. Now before i type any further, let me tell you me and my friends are pizza addicts, we just love pizza and try freaking every thing related to it so if the pizza is bad...our dissapointment level goes many notches high. Another point i would like to tell is that it took them way long than you can imagine to make the pizza , but we were fine with that because we thought all good things are worth the wait,  but the heat inside was intense, maybe it was because of the BIG owen and the small place. Another thingi wanna point out is that seating arrangement was terrible. some guys entered the place so as to make seating arrangement for them they moved table of people who were already having their food on a table...if you ask me , i would definately be annoyed if i had to move my seats and tables while i was eating. After waiting for god knows how long we recieved our first pizza . It was cheese nelpoltana or nepolitana i dont remember correctly now. I would admit the pizza looked splendid i looked at kaku and grinned because i was the one who had suggested  this place and so far it seemed it was gonna be good. we seperated the peaces and looked for chilli flakes and italian seasonig and found to small containers similar that they use for salt. the chilli flakes and seasoning in them was ....well very badly processed ..it wasnt fine asit should be and tasted differentaswell...when i say different here i mean it in a bad way, also it wouldnt justcome out of the holes provided so we had to open thecap and pour it ourselves...yes i know not very classey but the product wasnt either. As we were seperating the slices i could see long lines of cheese coming of it and again i thought to myself, this is gonna be good. kaku and abhimanyu had started eating it. while i was about to eat it, i looked at kaku who had just taken the first bite in and asked him. "how does it taste" he quickly took a sip cold drink and said " the worst pizza i ever ate". I could not believe it ....everything seemed so perfect but then i took my slice and ate it.......oh the horror it really was the worst pizza i had ever put in my mouth.. The crust was thin and i mean really thin....it felt as if they had put cheese on a "papad".....i know i know some people say the real pizza has thin crust....but i know what an acceptable thin crust is...it was in no way acceptable. the cheese tasted bad for some reason it fillet a little bitter. Abhimanyu looked at pizza with disgust he knew it was bad. The topings were just as bad ....it was a pizza in which noting seemed right and i mean nothing at all.    .....................................IT WAS BAD.......and the types of bad which i have no words to describe..........................its the type of bad which you have heard only in myths so far and said to yourself....nothing can be so bad. but guess what you were wrong that level of bad exists. then came garlic breadsticks.....well they were ok , not to bad not to good.....just average cant  complain. then came margarita. Now again before i write any further, margrita is a great concept....its simply cheese and if u have good chilil flakes and seasoning every margrita in this world tastes awsome. I have love margrita and so do my friends the simplest and a very delecious concept i was certain no matter how bad FORNO is they cannot screw this up. there is just no way to screw up a margrita. Again i was wrong........yet again kaku was the daring one to eat the first slice of the abomination FORNO likes to  call pizza. " i again looked at kaku and asked him"how is margrita....it cannot be bad ??". Kaku again took a sip from his cold drink and said " well the best thing on the menu is definately cold drnik...coz its not freaking made by them". I and Abhimanyu also gathered courage to eat our slices and ...O GOD IT WAS HORRIBLE....it felt i was chewing rubber on ....well papad......it was bad..you have to experience it yourselves to know how bad it was....words will do no justice to it........i dont think that it is possible to get pizza actually worst than this.....i  have heard they make great pasta....but to be honest i dont have guts to try it out.  Its bad....if you go to 35 sector and see that BIG FORNO BOARD and suddenly have the urge to try it out....DONT..just roll your eyes and continue walking it is not worth the money.There are thousands of shops ...with better food..if you want pizza go to dominoes....or pizza hut...they are just AWSOME....dont waste your money on it.

btw when the waiter came with bill i said the following...loud enough so that he could hear it" you know what guys....if someone has never had a pizza and eats pizza first time from here....he will never ever eat a pizza in his whole life".....i got a big mean stare from the guy collecting the bill...but it was tottaly worth it.
